This short story collection will be a science fiction anthology. All stories must take place in a futuristic world where intergalactic travel is possible. We want to see: intergalactic warfare, space pirates, alien races, space opera, space colonization, super humans, space horror, parallel worlds, etc.
We are looking for fun and adventurous stories that take place in outer space or on planets other than Earth. Space Opera is welcome. Stories told in the tradition of Star Trek, Star Wars, and Firefly are encouraged (but please, no fan fiction).
Stories should be written in the third person.
We prefer short stories in the 3,500-6,000 word range, but will consider stories from 2,500-15,000 words.
Payment is $25.00 plus 1 contributor's copy upon publication.
Submissions will be accepted until 30 June 2010.
Tentative Release Date: Late Summer 2011
